Pretty Things – Volume 1 (Nov. 2011)

November 5, 2011

Lately I’ve been coming across so many things I find impressive and inspiring and just plain pretty. I thought I would pass the prettiness on because, hey, you can never get enough eye candy, can you?

This Florida-based paper company produces the most beautiful stationery I have ever seen. I’m not exaggerating. Anna Bond is the founder and main designer and, man, does that girl ever have talent! She hand paints most of the incredibly cute designs and transfers them into graphics to make the most gorgeous cards, calendars, save the dates and plenty of other paper products. Whether you’re looking for an elegant design for your wedding invitations or for some unique PERSONALIZED holiday cards, or just want to see something darn gorgeous, be sure to check out their website.

Some of their incredible wedding save the dates and invitations. Do you think it would be crazy if I got some made, even though I’m not getting married? 😉

Last year I attended a photography workshop hosted by the very talented Simply Bloom Photography girls in Las Vegas and, as part of our welcome package, they included some items from their favorite vendors. I came across this package again while unpacking during my last move and decided to check some of the vendors out. oh, hello friend blew me away. Danni is not only a genius blogger, with a knack for finding gorgeous design inspirations, but also has a really pretty Etsy shop. Definitely an overdose of eye candy 😉

Speaking of Etsy, check out these cute food calendars that Tidbits Photography is selling in their Etsy shop. If you’re a foodie (like me), you will definitely appreciate the mouth-watering prettiness of these calendars. Not to metion, their photography is gorgeous.

  • Bruno Mars

Ok, I just have to. I love Bruno Mars, and this last point is sort of like 3 pretty things in one.:#1- his face, #2 – his voice and # 3 – don’t you just love the cover design for his latest single “It Will Rain”? The song is pretty good too – a perfect mix of dark heartbreak and light uptempo. Oh Bruno.
